We’re hiring a Spray Foam Sprayer Apprentice to join our growing team. You’ll receive hands-on training in the field while also developing the communication and coordination skills needed to manage future spray foam projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing spray foam projects from start to finish
• Learn to operate spray foam equipment safely and effectively
• Understand how the product reacts to different environmental conditions
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
• Help de-escalate any concerns or questions during installations
• Train to support and eventually lead jobsite coordination

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
