We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven and eager to build relationships, close deals, and exceed sales goals. Sales experience is required. Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking, always aiming to under promise and over deliver.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring to communicate early, often, and appropriately.
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase products/services, delivering quality service and demonstrating our commitment to excellence in workmanship and warranties.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through a solution-based approach, consistently striving to provide solutions, not problems.
Work with urgency to meet client needs while ensuring that you do not rush the sales process.
Take extreme ownership of your role and responsibilities, being accountable for your actions and mistakes, and always seeking to improve every day.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, ensuring that all dealings are conducted with integrity.
Requirements:
Sales experience is required
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Ability to travel within the assigned territory
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
