Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and urgency, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents with attention to detail, always aiming to exceed expectations.
Process payroll and assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding and employee records, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Schedule appointments and meetings efficiently without rushing, maintaining high standards of organization.
Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing, providing solutions rather than problems when challenges arise.
Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to concerns, addressing issues proactively, and following through with quality results.
Take full ownership of responsibilities and any mistakes, continuously seeking ways to improve and refine processes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of office management experience
Experience in payroll, human resources, and customer service required
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
A commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Preferably Bi-lingual
