EPI Power is seeking an elite Site Superintendent to lead the full field execution of high-profile data center electrical projects across the U.S.

This is your opportunity to lead from the front — guiding foremen, general foremen, and trade partners in delivering mission-critical infrastructure that keeps industries running and data flowing.

What You’ll Do

  • Direct all electrical field operations and manpower on site
  • Drive safety, productivity, and schedule performance across all scopes
  • Collaborate closely with project management and client representatives
  • Manage foremen, subcontractors, and resources to deliver on time and on budget
  • Resolve challenges with calm leadership and practical solutions
  • Set the standard for safety, quality, and team performance

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in electrical construction, with data center or mission-critical experience
  • Proven success managing large electrical teams or multiple foremen
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to read, plan, and execute complex electrical systems to spec
  • Relentless drive for excellence — and pride in the finished product
