Electrical General Foreman (NON – UNION)

Salary Range:  $45 - $50 hour

We’re looking for General Foremen with a proven record of managing large electrical scopes on data center or mission-critical projects. You’ll oversee multiple crews, coordinate operations, and make sure the job runs on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Direct multiple crews and electrical foremen across complex scopes
  • Manage manpower planning, material tracking, and production schedules
  • Ensure every aspect of work aligns with EPI’s safety and quality expectations
  • Collaborate with project management, engineers, and other trades
  • Identify field challenges and solve them before they become delays
  • Build a strong, motivated team that takes pride in their work

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience
  • Background in data center or mission-critical construction (required)
  • Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to balance schedule, manpower, and quality under pressure
