About the Role:

Team Collins is looking for motivated individuals to kick-start their careers in the HVAC industry! As an Entry-Level HVAC Technician, you will receive hands-on training and work alongside experienced professionals to develop the skills needed for a successful HVAC career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
• Learn troubleshooting techniques and industry best practices
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on job sites
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines

Requirements:

• HVAC school certificate or college credits preferred (no prior experience required)
• Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have a basic HVAC tool set
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Willingness to travel for multiple days each month on short notice
• Clean record and strong work ethic
