THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a front desk job.
At College Hill Dental Group, we do dentistry most offices won't touch — full-arch implants, IV sedation, complex restorative, and advanced surgical care, all delivered under one roof by one dedicated team. Three doctors. One standard of excellence.
Every person on our team — from front office to assistants to hygienists to doctors — is focused on the same thing: discovering what matters to each patient and delivering the care that helps them get there. The Treatment Coordinator is the person who makes that real. You're the bridge between what a patient wants and how they actually get it — helping them understand their options, navigate the financial side, and build a plan that fits their life.
You'll present treatment across all three doctors — from what we consider routine care (which goes well beyond what most offices offer) to full-arch implants and advanced cases most practices refer out. You'll manage warm, high-intent marketing leads from first contact through completed care. And you'll own our book of business — following up with patients who have outstanding treatment and helping them take the next step when they're ready.
If you're someone who genuinely loves helping people figure things out — and you're not afraid of a financial conversation — this role was built for you.

WHY COLLEGE HILL DENTAL GROUP
We're not a volume practice. We don't rush patients through. We invest in doing fewer things at a higher level — and we've built the technology and systems to back it up. CBCT imaging, digital workflows, same-day crowns, in-house fabrication, IV sedation — this is a modern, forward-thinking practice that takes clinical excellence seriously.
Our mission: Discover patient goals. Deliver exceptional care. Transform lives.
That's not a tagline on a wall. It's how we actually practice. The person in this role gets to do meaningful work every single day — helping someone finally address care they've been putting off, helping someone who's been afraid of the dentist take a real step forward, helping someone get their confidence back. That matters. And we treat it like it matters.
We hold ourselves to four core values: Accountability, Growth, Hospitality, and Integrity. If those aren't just words to you — if that's actually how you show up — you'll fit right in here.
We invest in our people. We take feedback seriously. And as this practice grows, this role grows with it.
