Dental Front Office Coordinator
College Hill Dental Group — Easton, PA
$18–$25/hr • Full-time • High-Touch, Patient-Focused Role
If you’ve been in dentistry long enough, you’ve definitely been called “front desk.”
We get it — it’s the common term. But let’s be honest: you’re not furniture.
You’re a communicator. A connector. A calm, confident guide who helps patients move forward with care.
At College Hill Dental Group, we treat you like the essential part of the team you are.
We’re looking for a full-time Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our high-performing, tight-knit front office team. This role blends scheduling, treatment planning support, insurance coordination, and — most importantly — helping patients feel seen, understood, and supported.
About the Role
You’ll be cross-trained in all areas of the front office team, with the opportunity to grow into what fits you best. Whether it’s scheduling, financial coordination, or patient onboarding, you’ll work closely with teammates and be supported by structured training, daily huddles, and real-time coaching.
Our 90-day success plan gives you the structure and support to grow into your role with confidence and clarity.
This isn’t a sit-back-and-smile kind of front desk.
We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, fast, and focused — the kind of person who builds trust and fills the schedule, follows up without being asked, and brings both heart and hustle to work every day.
You don’t need years of dental experience — just:
A strong voice and a warm heart
Confidence when talking about care and cost
The ability to follow through and stay organized
A mindset focused on progress, not perfection
What You’ll Do
Be the first voice and face patients experience — welcoming, clear, and calm
Collaborate with the front office team to keep the hygiene and doctor schedules full and well-balanced
Guide patients through their first visit and follow-up care
Present treatment estimates and financial options with care
Confirm insurance benefits and coordinate paperwork
Follow up on unscheduled treatment, recalls, and reactivations
Notice the little things — and help patients feel remembered and appreciated
Support team communication and flow during busy moments and handoffs
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
✅ Communicate with clarity, warmth, and professionalism
✅ Help people feel confident saying “yes” to the care they need
✅ Stay organized and composed in a busy environment
✅ Enjoy juggling priorities and solving problems as part of a team
✅ Value a collaborative culture where everyone plays a part
✅ Want to grow into a more specialized role over time (like treatment or financial coordination)
What We Offer
$18–$25/hour, depending on experience and communication skillset
Up to 4 weeks of paid time off, plus paid holidays
Dental care benefits for you and your immediate family
Medical and vision insurance with a monthly allowance if you opt into our plan
401(k) with employer match
A consistent, focused four-day workweek so you can do your best work and still have a life
A team-first culture centered around coaching, communication, and excellence
Training, growth support, and a clear 90-day success plan
To Apply
We care more about communication and mindset than perfect experience.
If you're someone who follows through, shows up with a great attitude, and helps others feel confident — we’d love to hear from you.
Apply with your resume and a quick note telling us:
What interests you about this position?
How do you help others feel comfortable and confident?

At College Hill Dental Group, we don’t just run a front office — we build trust, support patients, and operate as one united team. You’ll be a big part of making that happen.
