Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our team.  Our ideal candidate has excellent people skills, works well in a team-oriented environment, and is eager to learn and grow professionally.  You will play a key role in delivering exceptional preventative and periodontal care while helping patients feel comfortable and informed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal treatments, and preventative care procedures in a gentle and thorough manner

• Obtain dental radiographs, intraoral photos, and intraoral iTero scans

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and overall dental health

• Review patient medical histories and update clinical records

• Work closely with our dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient care

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment

• Assist with sterilization of dental instruments, and be willing to be a team player with various intra-office tasks

• Stay current with new techniques, technology, and best practices in dental hygiene

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in MA

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent team player with a positive, professional attitude

• Willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and procedures

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Prior experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Our office hours are as follows:

Monday 8-5, Tuesday 8-4, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 8-4

**This is a position for 3-4 days/week, depending on the candidate's availability and preference.  The 3-day work week would be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
