We are looking for a personable and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our supportive and close-knit team! Our ideal candidate enjoys building trustworthy relationships with patients, provides treatment in thorough and gentle manner, and is eager to learn and grow professionally. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional preventative and periodontal care, educating patients on all aspects of their oral health and helping our patients feel comfortable and informed during their visit. This position is either for a 3 or 4 day workweek, providing you with an excellent work-life balance.

Perform dental cleanings, periodontal treatments, and preventative care procedures in a gentle and thorough manner
Assess the periodontal health of ones patients and collaborate with the Doctors on recommended treatment.
Obtain dental radiographs, intraoral photos, and intraoral iTero scans to be used in diagnosis and patient education.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and overall dental health
Review patient medical histories and update clinical records
Work closely with our dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient care
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
Assist with sterilization of dental instruments, and be willing to be a team player with various intra-office tasks
Stay current with new techniques, technology, and best practices in dental hygiene
Active Dental Hygienist license in MA
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent team player with a positive and professional attitude
Willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and procedures
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

90 minute new patient appointments and 60 minute recall appointments

Monday 8-5, Tuesday 8-4, Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 8-4
