Our ideal candidate understands how to connect with patients, present treatment clearly, and guide them through both clinical and financial decisions with confidence and empathy.
What You’ll Do
- Present treatment plans in a clear, compelling, and patient-friendly manner
- Help patients understand the value of recommended care and confidently move forward
- Close cases and support practice production goals
- Discuss and coordinate financial options with patients
- Deliver a high-touch, concierge-level patient experience
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless care
- Utilize Open Dental software for scheduling, treatment planning, and coordination
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of dental experience (Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Coordinator role preferred)
- Strong background in case presentation and closing
- Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence
- Confident, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Fluent English required; Spanish highly preferred
- Familiarity with high-value procedures (cosmetic, implants, full-mouth cases)
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus
