This role is ideal for a proactive and passionate individual looking to make significant impacts within our dynamic team. It is important to note that this is not a remote position, requiring the successful candidate to engage directly with our clients and projects onsite.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess and document the scope of painting projects.
• Prepare detailed project proposals and cost estimations.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on painting solutions.
• Coordinate project schedules and logistics with the operations team to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage project documentation and update client records in the company’s CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and enhancements to client projects.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry standards and company procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards during project execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the painting or construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software for project management and estimation.
• Ability to travel to different project sites within the designated territories.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
