Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect various parameters to identify and evaluate pest problems and determine treatment methods.
• Apply pesticides safely according to label directions and lawful practices, ensuring environmentally responsible methods.
• Set and modify pest traps, continually assessing the effectiveness of interventions and optimizing strategies.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of pesticide distribution and all service transactions.
• Provide consultations and expert advice to clients, offering recommendations and forward steps for pest prevention.
• Manage inventory and care for equipment, keeping track of necessary supplies and tools required for various tasks.
• Educate clients on pest management and prevention measures, building trust and rapport through high levels of communication.
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent mishaps during treatment procedures.
• Coordinate with a team of pest control technicians to ensure that tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Handle emergency pest control requests promptly, ensuring quick and decisive action under pressure.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge via training sessions and participation in relevant courses to remain current with industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pest Control Operator or similar role in pest management is preferred.
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Clear background checks are mandatory to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self-driven and robust work ethic, willing to put in extra hours during peak seasons.
