Complete Pest Solutions is seeking a full time Office Coordinator/Assistant to join our growing company. Complete Pest Solutions is a family owned and operated local pest control business.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, motivated, have good communication and practical problem-solving skills. You will interact with our customers daily and will need to be able to operate independently in a fast paced environment. Our business spans across 9 counties.
* PERKS: Paid holidays (6 major holidays), weekends off, paid vacation (1 week following 1 year of employment, 2 weeks following 3 years of employment).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answers phone in a polite and respectful manner.
- Schedules daily appointments.
- Must be able to educate potential customers regarding pest control services offered by Complete Pest Solutions.
- Routes calls to the proper individual when necessary.
- Answers requests for quotes through the Company website.
- Updates client files by filing, scanning and emailing.
- Manages and delivers mail accordingly.
- Controls hours worked through route management.
- Monitors inventory and orders office supplies as needed.
- Manages paperwork as needed and files away in appropriate folder.
- Supports Payroll accordingly.
- Supports owners and field technicians as needed.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required.
- Experience - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google platforms required.
- Communication Skills - Must be able to effectively respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers with professionalism.
- Accounting Skills - Adept at basic accounting tasks such as reconciling customer payments, navigating customer accounts.
- Attendance - Dedicated and timely attendance.
