Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with customer accounts to facilitate growth and increased market penetration.
- Strategically identify new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver presentations to prospective and existing clients to enhance understanding of services and secure business deals.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and establish a timeline of performance.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Maintain professional relationships with business associations and networks.
- Utilize CRM systems to ensure up-to-date client information and sales processing.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and results to discuss with management.
- Coordinate with other departments to effectively manage client accounts and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative with a solid track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Strong ability to network and engage with potential clients and industry professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and various sales techniques.
- Adept at managing multiple clients while maintaining attention to detail.
