We’re seeking an experienced Brightree Workflow & Systems Consultant to support HME/DME clients with workflow optimization, system configuration, operational process improvement, and revenue cycle performance.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Brightree professional who understands how HME/DME operations work in practice and can translate system knowledge into practical, scalable improvements. The right candidate will be comfortable working directly with client leadership, operational teams, billing teams, and implementation stakeholders to assess current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, configure solutions, and support operational transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current-state HME/DME operational workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Configure, support, and optimize Brightree system functionality based on client needs.Evaluate intake, documentation, billing, revenue cycle, inventory, and operational workflows.
- Identify process inefficiencies, system gaps, dataflow issues, and operational bottlenecks.
- Recommend scalable solutions that improve efficiency, accountability, visibility, and financial performance.
- Support Brightree implementations, system enhancements, workflow redesigns, and optimization projects.
- Assist with dataflow analysis, operational reporting, and system-driven performance insights.
- Collaborate with client leadership, operational teams, billing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate Brightree system capabilities into practical operational recommendations.
- Provide strategic guidance based on HME/DME industry best practices.
- Support change management, process documentation, and adoption of improved workflows.
- Represent CWH Advisors professionally in client-facing consulting engagements.
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on experience with the Brightree platform.
- Deep understanding of HME/DME operational workflows and business processes.
- Experience with Brightree configuration, implementation, workflow optimization, or system support.
- Knowledge of billing, intake, documentation, revenue cycle, order management, and operational processes.
- Ability to assess how system configuration impacts day-to-day operations and financial outcomes.
- Experience analyzing dataflows, integrations, reporting needs, and operational dependencies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Ability to identify root causes, recommend practical solutions, and support implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with executives, managers, and frontline teams.
- Client-service orientation and comfort working in a consulting or project-based environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a broader project team.
- Consulting experience is a plus.
- HME/DME leadership, operations, billing, implementation, or systems experience strongly preferred.
- Remote-friendly availability with flexibility for regular client meetings, project updates, and collaboration.

This role requires meaningful, hands-on experience using Brightree in an HME/DME operating environment. The successful candidate should understand how Brightree supports real-world workflows across intake, documentation, billing, revenue cycle, reporting, and operational management.
