Overview We’re seeking a Senior Associate with a strong background in healthcare investment analysis and commercial due diligence. This contract role is ideal for a experienced professional who understands the nuances of healthcare markets, business models, and growth strategies—and can translate that expertise into professionally presented market summaries for private equity firms and strategic healthcare investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support commercial due diligence engagements across healthcare services and healthcare technology sectors.
• Analyze market landscapes, competitive dynamics, and reimbursement trends.
• Evaluate target company go-to-market strategies, pricing models, payer mix, and scalability.
• Conduct primary research, including interviews with payers, providers, customers, and referral sources.
• Identify strategic fit, execution risks, and value creation opportunities aligned with investment theses.
• Deliver executive summaries, detailed diligence reports, and investor-ready presentations.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, investment analysis, or strategy.
• Proven track record supporting private equity or strategic investors in healthcare transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Primarily remote with limited travel.
