Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Advisor with proven expertise in inpatient hospital denials management and outcomes improvement. This includes understanding the root cause of denials and implementing strategies to reduce future denials, improving revenue cycle performance and enhancing operational efficiencies appropriate for care delivery. This contract role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on professional ready to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead denials strategy and performance improvement for inpatient hospital clients 
• Advise on technologies for revenue cycle management optimization 
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables 
• Conduct research, data analysis, and develop client-ready insights 
• Support business development through proposals and market assessments 

What You Bring

• 8+ years in healthcare services or tech, focused on inpatient denials 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field – Master’s degree is preferred. 
• Strong communication, analytical, and storytelling skills 
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word proficiency 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently 
• Limited travel; primarily remote
