BDC Representative/Customer Service

Murray Motors Ford/Mazda in Muncy, PA is looking to hire a full-time BDC/Customer Service Representative immediately!

Job Duties:

• Setting appointments
• Following up with customers
• Answering phone calls
• Contacting customers prior to appointment date for appointment confirmation
• Provide customers with excellent customer service
• Detail all customer comments and update new information when needed
• Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership
