Automotive Finance Manager

Salary Range:  $60,000 - $80,000 year

We are committed to helping our employees grow, and we are currently looking to add a dedicated Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to our team.

Position Overview: As the F&I Manager, you will be a key player in providing our customers with financing options and extended warranty products, ensuring a smooth and efficient purchasing process. You will work closely with the sales team to offer a wide range of finance solutions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and delivering outstanding service to our customers. This is a full-time position (44-46hours/week), Saturdays are a must with Sunday off and one week day off per week. Position is base salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and offer vehicle financing and insurance products to customers.
  • Explain financing terms, products, and options in a clear, transparent manner.
  • Work with financial institutions to secure loans for customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and dealership policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate extended warranties, service contracts, and other protection products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet dealership sales goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers.
  • Handle all paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Finance Managers are challenged to satisfy customers while generating revenue by selling financing programs, warranties and related coverages, and aftermarket items
  • This position is responsible for working with customers, lending institutions, and dealership office personnel to finalize new and used vehicle sales in a timely, efficient, ethical and compliant manner

Qualifications:

  • Two years experience in the automotive industry (previous finance experience preferred) 
  • Strong understanding of financing options, insurance products, and related legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, computer and customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability set & achieve goals with high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Must work well with customers, co-workers, lending institutions, etc.
  • Highest level of ethical integrity
  • State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers, and Salespersons Licensure to sell automobiles (or qualifications necessary to secure licensure upon hire)
  • Valid/clean driver’s license.
