We are seeking a diligent and customer-service-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in various buildings and homes, ensuring top-notch service quality.
Maintain cleanliness and order in commercial and residential buildings/home
Perform heavy cleaning duties including cleaning floors, scrubbing surfaces, and routine maintenance tasks.
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Ensure the proper functioning of cleaning equipment
NEED a driver license, full access to a vehicle during working hours, ability to drive to jobs
Proven experience in cleaning, or related fields
Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting, climbing, and bending.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills and communication skills.
$14-16 Goal is $17 by the end of the first year.
