We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Client Services & Project Specialist.

The Client Services & Project Specialist is responsible for managing internal project workflows, client communications, and implementation of project management systems to ensure the successful delivery of marketing programs. This role serves as the operational hub for the marketing department—overseeing project coordination across creative, digital, and client teams while leading the rollout and integration of Monday.com as the centralized project management tool. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative—capable of transforming creative requests and client needs into structured, trackable workflows that enhance efficiency, accountability, and client satisfaction.

What you Will Do

Project Management & Workflow Oversight

  • Lead the implementation and continuous optimization of Monday.com as the primary project management platform for the marketing department.
  • Create and manage project boards, templates, automations, and dashboards to improve visibility and efficiency.
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across creative, digital, and vendor teams.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify bottlenecks, and drive resolution to maintain deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring consistent adoption of project management standards across the team.

Client Services & Communication

  • Serve as the central point of contact for clients on active marketing projects, providing updates, clarity, and direction.
  • Manage the intake of new client requests, coordinating priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all client work meets brand standards, budgets, and expectations.
  • Record and communicate client feedback, collaborating with creative leads to adjust scopes or timelines when necessary.

Operational Coordination

  • Manage scheduling, resourcing, and prioritization for the creative team’s active projects.
  • Prepare and distribute project summaries, timelines, and performance reports for leadership.
  • Support vendor coordination for outsourced creative, production, or digital work.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and workflow efficiency.

Marketing Program Support

  • Assist with rollout of dealer and vendor marketing programs, ensuring all materials, deadlines, and deliverables are coordinated.
  • Support tracking of project budgets and coordination with the finance team to ensure accuracy in billing and reporting.

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and tools, particularly Monday.com.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with creative, marketing, and digital production processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to manage client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid position that requires in-office presence in Denver, CO one day per week, with remote work available the remaining days. 
  • Professional office environment with occasional team or client meetings on-site.
