Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate HVAC system installations using Service Titan
- Review sales proposals in Service Titan for accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse and install teams for job staging and load-outs
- Pull permits and ensure compliance with local codes
- Communicate with customers from post-sale through installation
- Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling or operational issues
- Coordinate inspections and job close-out
- Follow up and try to close unsold proposals
Qualifications:
- Maintain accurate job records, notes, and photos in Service Titan
- High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, or coordination role
- Experience with Service Titan or similar software (Required/Preferred)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems (Required/Preferred)
- Experience with permits and inspections

Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $50,000 – $65,000
- Benefits: 100% employee health paid, PTO, 401K, etc.
- Commission on closed in-house sales
