American Roofing & Waterproofing is hiring Tile Roofing Laborers and Foremen for projects in El Paso. We’re looking for dependable people who take pride in their work, work safely, and help keep projects moving.
What you’ll do:
Assist with tile removal, underlayment installation, and tile installation and repairs.
Load, unload, and organize roofing materials.
Keep roofs and job sites clean and organized.
Follow crew instructions and safety procedures.
What we’re looking for:
Roofing or construction experience preferred; tile roofing experience is a plus.
Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and perform physical labor.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
What you’ll do:
Lead tile roofing crews and organize daily work.
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and job-site needs.
Monitor installation quality, safety, and production.
Communicate progress and issues to the production team.
Train crew members and maintain a professional job site.
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on tile roofing experience and prior crew leadership experience.
Knowledge of underlayment, flashing, roof details, and tile installation.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to keep crews productive while maintaining quality and safety.
