American Roofing & Waterproofing is a proudly family-owned and operated company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Yard & Inventory Coordinator to support yard operations and maintain organized inventory systems.
This is a temporary, part-time position ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working both outdoors and on a computer.
We are looking for someone who understands inventory tracking, keeps materials organized, and ensures our crews have what they need to succeed.
$45,000 annual equivalent (prorated for part-time hours)
Temporary / part-time schedule
Opportunity for future full-time consideration based on performance
Organize and maintain roofing materials, tools, and equipment in the yard
Track incoming and outgoing materials using inventory software
Maintain accurate inventory logs and system updates
Coordinate with project managers and foremen on material needs
Load and unload materials as needed
Assist with equipment tracking and basic maintenance coordination
Manage yard cleanliness and organization
Oversee disposal, recycling, and dump runs as required
Experience with inventory tracking systems and basic computer programs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in construction, roofing, warehouse, or yard operations preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in Arizona weather
Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
