As we head into the new year, American Roofing & Waterproofing is expanding and looking for a motivated, outgoing Business Development Representative to help bring new customers and fresh ideas to the table.

Generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and creative strategies
Bring fresh ideas to help grow our residential and commercial customer base
Represent American Roofing & Waterproofing professionally in the community and in the field
Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business partners
Track leads and activity using AccuLynx and CompanyCam
Communicate effectively using Microsoft tools and Gmail
Motivated, outgoing, and confident personality
Strong communication and people skills
Roofing knowledge is a plus (or willingness to learn quickly)
Experience with AccuLynx, CompanyCam, Microsoft, and Gmail preferred
Fast learner with a positive, growth-minded attitude
Comfortable going out in the field and representing the company
$20/hour base pay + commission
