Position Type: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Occasional Weekends Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 base (DOE) + Bonuses + Commission

We’re building our New Construction Sales Division and are on the hunt for a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Roofing Estimator with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for precision.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop business opportunities in the new construction sector
• Read and interpret commercial blueprints, specs, and construction documents
• Perform accurate takeoffs using on-screen software (must be proficient with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Procore, BuildingConnected, ConstructConnect, and Bid Board)
• Calculate square footage, linear footage, and material quantities with precision
• Prepare and submit estimates for commercial roofing systems and materials
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with contractors effectively
• Stay organized while managing multiple bids and timelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roofing estimating and plan takeoffs
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship-building
• Proficiency with estimating tools and construction platforms:
   PlanSwift, Bluebeam, BuildingConnected, Procore, ConstructConnect, Bid Board
• Deep knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials
• Skilled in blueprint reading, bid preparation, and construction documentation
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF editing)
• Detail-oriented, fast learner, deadline-driven, and process-focused

Requirements:

• 10+ years of commercial roofing and plan takeoff experience required
• Located in or willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ 85040
• 5+ years of blueprint reading experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred
