Your Responsibilities:

• Run pre-set appointments and close sales with homeowners

• Build relationships and provide top-tier customer service

• Help generate new business at local events and through outreach

• Use CRM tools to track leads, contracts, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of roofing sales experience (direct to consumer)

• Strong communication and closing skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office

• Ability to walk on roofs, climb ladders, and lift up to 50lbs

• Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
