Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Run company provided leads (3 to 4 appointments guaranteed a day for top closers)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Business development: Events, creating new relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Meet and exceed sales goals within assigned timelines
- Work closely with production, estimating, and marketing teams to drive results
- Track leads, contracts, and follow-up using CRM tools
- Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Proven track record of 5 years in direct-to-consumer roofing experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Endurance: expected to stand and walk for extended durations
- Agility: capable of climbing ladders, walking on rooftops, and safely descending
- Strength: regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Mobility: must be able to carry and maneuver ladders as needed
