What You’ll Be Doing:
Promote and sell roofing and waterproofing services to new and existing commercial clients
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Conduct site visits, prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
Build strong, trustworthy relationships with building owners, property managers, and contractors
Meet and exceed sales goals within assigned timelines
Work closely with production, estimating, and marketing teams to drive results
Track leads, contracts, and follow-up using CRM tools
Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience in commercial construction or roofing (preferred)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Able to manage multiple deals and deadlines at once
Strong understanding of commercial sales cycles
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
