American Roofing & Waterproofing is looking for experienced and motivated sales reps to join our commercial roofing team. If you’re great with people, know how to close deals, and want to earn top commission, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with potential customers and explain our commercial roofing services

• Follow up and close deals

• Help find new business through events and networking

• Use CRM tools to manage leads and contracts

• Work with our office and production team to finish jobs right

• Reach and exceed monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience

• Strong people and negotiation skills

• Organized and self-motivated

• Can use CRM software and basic computer tools

• Physically able to walk roofs, carry ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs

• A team player with a strong work ethic
