Some Responsibilities Include:
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining and updating customer information accurately in our database
- Resolving customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Making outbound follow-up calls to existing customers
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Dispatching and communicating with technicians throughout the day
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be dependable and punctual
Schedule & Availability:
This is a part-time position that requires:
- A strict 7:30 AM start time
- Availability to work 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
- Flexible end times, with shifts ending before 5:00 PM
- No weekends required
This position has strong potential to grow into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.
Pay:
$14.00 – $16.00 per hour
