Sales Assistant

Elco is seeking an engaging sales assistant to interact with our clients! As the face of our company you play an integral role in supporting our initial contact with clients.  Your responsibilities will include identifying potential leads, nurturing customer relationships, and researching market trends. We are seeking reliable people with a positive, can-do attitude who to come up with creative solutions to meet the needs of our clients. 

We are looking to fill 2 - 3 positions immediately!

Responsibilities

• Perform customer outreach and support
• Accomplishes department and organization mission by exceeding goals
• Engage with clients and get them excited about our brand
• Input invoices and bill-back data
• Resolve order and inventory problems
• Update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years customer service preferred but not required. We will train the right candidates.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to maintain client relationships
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment
• Excellent problem solving skills
