ELCO, LLC, an innovator in the industry, is excited to announce a new opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic Sales Professional to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position based in our office, as the role requires a highly interactive and engaging individual who thrives in a collaborative, in-person work environment. This position is not eligible for remote work.

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone eager to contribute to and grow with the company, by not just meeting but exceeding sales targets, while fostering meaningful relationships with clients and team members alike. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new client relationships while maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop customized strategies to win new business in accordance with the financial goals of the sales team.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate and conduct sales presentations to potential and existing clients to promote new products and special deals.
  • Actively participate in national and regional sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions to optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless client experience and meet sales targets.
  • Provide periodic sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting successes, potential opportunities, and challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring all details are accurate and in strict compliance with legal and company guidelines.
  • Mentor and support new and junior sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Professional demeanor and a proven ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to team goals
  • Flexible to travel as needed for client meeting
