Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Dental Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious about dentistry and interested in gaining hands-on experience in a supportive clinical environment. Prior dental experience is helpful but not required—we are happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Assist hygienists with seating patients and preparing for appointments
• Take dental X-rays as needed (training provided if necessary)
• Help coordinate treatment planning with the doctor during exams
• Prepare and turn over treatment rooms between patients
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth patient flow
• Provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients
