Job Title: Marketing Manager

Position Summary
Peterson Dental Lab is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple product categories, including fixed, fixed implants, removable, surgical guides, full-arch restorations, and chairside services. This role is ideal for a well-rounded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B environment and wants to play a pivotal role in driving growth, building brand authority, and generating leads. The ideal candidate is equally strong in strategy, execution, and collaboration.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Own and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable campaigns and marketing plans
- Identify opportunities for lead generation, customer engagement, and competitive differentiation
Lead Generation & CRM Management
- Plan and execute segmented digital campaigns using email, CRM, and direct marketing tools
- Support account-based marketing initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, and Chairside teams
- Track and report marketing performance and lead conversion metrics using CRM (Sage) and Mailchimp
Content & Brand Development
- Create and manage marketing collateral: sell sheets, brochures, bag stuffers, email templates, social media content, and blog articles
- Develop and coordinate educational content such as webinars, videos, newsletters, and sales stack
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all channels
Digital Marketing & Channel Management
- Manage online presence through website content, SEO, landing pages, and digital ads
- Support event promotion and execution, including local and national trade shows
- Monitor and optimize marketing calendar, campaigns, and promotional schedules
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Clinical Support, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to align initiatives
- Report key KPIs and performance metrics to the CEO and leadership team
- Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to company-wide strategy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in dental, healthcare, or manufacturing
- Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Sage) and email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar)
- Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Experience managing websites (WordPress) and implementing SEO strategies
- Excellent communication, project management, and time management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Marketing experience in dental labs or dental product companies
- Familiarity with lab management or CRM platforms
- Experience producing educational or clinical marketing content
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: $70,000–$85,000 based on experience
