As our Practice Success Director, you will oversee daily operations, foster team growth, and implement systems that ensure success for the practice, team, and patients.
What You’ll Do:
Build and Align Teams: Hire, train, and develop high-performing teams across all practice areas, fostering alignment with the practice’s mission and goals.
Enhance Operational Excellence: Oversee systems, processes, and schedules to ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet performance goals.
Champion a Patient-Centered Mission: Ensure every team member and process aligns with delivering exceptional patient care, from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up.
Drive Success Through Indicators: Use growth and outcome indicators to set priorities, measure progress, and adapt strategies to support practice success.
Lead Collaborative Planning: Organize and lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews to assess performance, celebrate achievements, and set actionable goals.

Education/Experience:
Two years of college or equivalent work experience in a leadership role.
Compensation and Benefits:
Wage: $65,000 to $80,000 per year (DOE)
Bonuses based on performance
90-day review and wage assessment, with potential for an increase
40 hour workweek
Health insurance benefits available at 30 days; all other benefits eligible after a 90-day probationary period
40 hours of vacation (accrued annually) doubling at year 3 of service
