Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with patients to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and ensure theyunderstand the financial aspects of their care
• Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments, ensuring treatment timelines are met
•  Preparing treatment plans for approval, including insurance verification and claimssubmission
•   Ensuring that patients have a clear understanding of the treatments they require, and thecosts involved
•   Building strong, long-lasting relationships with patients through exceptional service
•   Supporting the dental team with treatment and administrative tasks as needed
•   Working closely with dentists and the administrative team to provide a seamless patientexperience

Requirements:

•   Previous dental experience is an asset
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Ability to explain treatment options and financial information clearly to patients
•  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•  Ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule
