Job Title: Roofing Door-to-Door Sales Trainee

About the Role:

Are you driven, personable, and ready to start a career with unlimited growth potential? As a Roofing Door-to-Door Sales Trainee, you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners in your local community. Your mission is to build relationships, educate homeowners about our services, and generate opportunities for roof inspections and restoration projects.

No prior experience is required — we provide full training, mentorship, and the tools you need to succeed. If you bring the work ethic, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do

• Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to introduce our services

• Engage homeowners in friendly conversations about roofing and exterior restoration needs

• Schedule free roof inspections with our professional team

• Learn how to perform roof inspections and document findings (training provided)

• Track leads and appointments through our CRM system

• Deliver excellent customer service from first contact through project completion

• Competitive pay: $36,000 – $60,000+ annually (base + performance bonuses)
