Location: Dayton & Northern Cincinnati Suburbs

Pay: $16/hr base + performance-based commissions and bonuses. Fuel Allowance Included

About the Role

All-Side Roofing & Restoration, LLC is seeking a dependable, hands-on Roofing Site Operations Manager to oversee on-site activity during roofing and exterior installation projects. This role is ideal for someone who can take charge in the field, ensure efficient job execution, maintain professionalism, and deliver a top-tier customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate morning material pickups and ensure timely delivery to job sites

• Serve as the on-site point of contact for customers, maintaining a professional, customer-first attitude

• Monitor job progress, help manage workflow, and support the crew as needed

• Perform thorough photo/video documentation throughout each project (before, during, after)

• Capture drone footage when applicable (training provided)

• Upload documentation to internal systems/media drive

• Place marketing signs and door hangers in the surrounding area

• Oversee basic site tasks including magnetic nail sweeps and debris checks

• Conduct final walkthrough with the homeowner at project completion

• Return excess materials and report any surplus to the operations team

What We’re Looking For

• Clean driving record (required)

• Reliable, organized, and punctual

• Excellent attention to detail and jobsite documentation

• Friendly, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset

• Basic familiarity with construction job sites (roofing knowledge a plus)

• Physically able to lift, move, and assist with basic materials and cleanup

• Comfortable with technology (smartphone apps, drone usage, etc.)

• Age 25+ preferred (for insurance purposes)
