NOW HIRING – Home Services Field Rep

$60,000–$70,000 per year (paid weekly) + Fuel Allowance + Commission + Bonus

All-Side Roofing & Restoration is seeking motivated individuals with strong people skills to join our field team as Roofing Door Knockers. In this role, you'll be walking neighborhoods, speaking with homeowners, and offering free roof inspections. No selling is required — just professional outreach and consistent follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone with field experience who’s ready to turn effort into income and consistency into career growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Knock doors in residential neighborhoods

• Offer and schedule free roof inspections

• Record leads and coordinate appointment details

• Be the first point of contact between homeowners and our inspection team

Compensation & Perks:

• $60,000 to $70,000 annually, paid in weekly increments

• Fuel allowance provided for local travel

• Performance based commission and bonus

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of canvassing, field outreach, or similar experience

• Comfortable going door-to-door and engaging new people

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Able to work outdoors and be on your feet for several hours

• Based in Dayton or the North Cincinnati suburbs
