Customer Engagement Representative – Field Based

Location: Dayton & Northern Cincinnati Suburbs
Compensation: $15-$17/hour(DOE) + commission

About the Role:

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Representatives. In this field-based position, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, engaging with them in person and introducing our roofing and home improvement services. You won’t be selling — your main focus will be sparking interest and scheduling appointments for our project consultants.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, talking to new people, and working in a performance-driven environment where your effort directly impacts your earnings.

What You’ll Do:

• Walk assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation

• Educate residents about our free roof inspection program

• Set appointments for our project consultants to follow up

• Represent the company professionally and positively in the community

• Log leads and report daily activity to the team
