Job Title: Field Appointment Setter (Entry Level)

Job Description:

Looking to start a career with real growth and strong weekly pay? At All-Side Roofing & Restoration, we’re hiring Field Appointment Setters to join our team. In this role, you’ll walk neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and offer free exterior inspection appointments — no selling required, just great conversations.

This is an active, outdoor role ideal for people who are motivated, confident, and ready to build something long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Knock doors in residential neighborhoods

• Engage homeowners about roofing and exterior concerns

• Offer and schedule free inspections

• Log your outreach activity and manage follow-up appointments

• Represent our company with professionalism and care

Compensation & Benefits:

• Weekly pay: $400 to $650/week based on no of hours worked

• Additional commission bonuses based on performance

• Full-time W2 position

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a good attitude

• Comfortable talking with people door-to-door

• Reliable, motivated, and able to manage time independently

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Willingness to climb ladders and walk on roofs (after full training)

• No prior roofing or sales experience required — we’ll train you
