Are you motivated, outgoing, and ready to take control of your career? At All-Side Roofing, we’re hiring Roofing Appointment Setters to join our field outreach team. In this role, you’ll be walking neighborhoods, having conversations with homeowners, and offering free roof inspection appointments.

No sales experience or roofing knowledge is required — just bring your energy, reliability, and willingness to learn. We’ll provide full training and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do:

• Knock doors in residential neighborhoods

• Talk with homeowners about our roofing services

• Offer and schedule free roof inspections

• Log your outreach activity and follow-up details

• Represent our brand with professionalism and respect

What You’ll Get:

• Full-time W2 position

• $35,000 to $65,000+ per year (base pay + bonuses)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable walking outdoors and speaking to new people

• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs (after training)
