Project Head - Roofing & Exterior

Based In: Dayton & Northern Cincinnati Suburbs Hourly Pay: $17/hr + Bonus Potential Company Truck Provided (must be returned daily)

The Role at a Glance:

We’re looking for a dependable, take-charge person to support roofing and exterior crews on installation day. From picking up materials to welcoming homeowners and capturing job progress, you’ll be the steady hand onsite ensuring everything runs smoothly.

This role keeps you active, appreciated, and part of a growing, supportive team — where no two days look the same.

Note: Weekly hours may vary depending on project load. Some weeks may have more than 40 hours, others fewer, based on weather, job volume, and scheduling needs.

What You’ll Handle Daily:

• Pick up and deliver materials to job sites

• Greet homeowners and reinforce our 5-star customer experience

• Make material runs if needed throughout the day

• Capture before, during, and after photos + drone video (we’ll train you!)

• Place yard signs and door hangers to build local awareness

• Help keep the site tidy — sweep nails, collect debris, assist with cleanup

• Walk through the completed job with the homeowner

• Return leftover materials and update the team on inventory

What We’re Looking For:

• A clean driving record

• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working outdoors

• Basic construction knowledge (helpful but not required)

• Comfortable around tools, roofers, and ladders

• Friendly, confident communicator with homeowners

• Age 25+ preferred (for insurance), but not required

• Willing to learn how to fly a drone (or already know how)
