Project Site Manager – Roofing & Exteriors

Location: Dayton & Northern Cincinnati Suburbs

Pay: $16/hr (performance-based bonuses available)

Company vehicle provided (returned daily)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to oversee job sites during roofing and exterior installation projects. This is a boots-on-the-ground, hands-on role for someone who can lead a job site with professionalism, help with light cleanup, manage job flow, and ensure a top-notch customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the project management side of the trades or construction industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pick up materials in the morning and deliver them to the job site

• Greet the homeowner and explain our commitment to 5-star service

• Be on standby for any material runs needed during the day

• Ensure proper photo/video documentation throughout the job

• Drone shots before & after (when allowed)

• Upload photos and videos to our media drive

• Place marketing signs and door hangers in the neighborhood

• Oversee basic site tasks and light clean-up (magnet sweep, debris check)

• Walk through the finished job with the homeowner

• Return unused materials and notify the team of surplus inventory

What We’re Looking For:

• Clean driving record (required)

• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

• Strong attention to detail (especially for documentation)

• Basic comfort with construction environments (knowledge is a plus)

• Comfortable using a drone (training provided if needed)

• Able to lift materials and assist with light clean-up

• Friendly and confident communicator — customer-first mindset

• Age 25+ preferred for insurance reasons (not required)
