Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids in Ashburn is hiring upbeat, talented stylists who want to do what they love in a stress-free, family-friendly environment. You’ll earn $20/hour base pay plus tips (averaging $35–$40/hour) — and enjoy a steady flow of clients without the pressure of chemical services.

Your Role:

• Must be proficient in boys cuts.

• Provide quality haircuts and styling for kids (and occasionally parents)

• Make each visit fun, engaging, and comfortable

• Keep your station clean and kid-safe

• Offer product suggestions and tips to parents

• Help with basic scheduling and customer check-in when needed

You’ll Need:

• A valid Virginia cosmetology or barber license

• A love for working with children

• Good communication and a friendly attitude

• Weekend availability (we’re busiest then!)

• A team mindset and professional work ethic
