Job Description

As our new Full-Time Sales/Dispatcher, you will be the backbone that coordinates our sales and field operations, ensuring the seamless execution of our customer-focused services. This role is pivotal in facilitating the interface between customer demands and service fulfillment. The successful candidate will manage incoming calls, dispatch tasks to technicians, oversee job scheduling, and foster strong client relationships through effective communication and timely responses. Your ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure will drive our company’s success and uphold our market-leading status.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist with customer inquiries effectively.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians/drivers to job sites while optimizing route plans for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and job records in our database.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to confirm service satisfaction and manage appointments.
• Identify and generate sales leads, and contribute to closing sales opportunities.
• Coordinate daily schedules and provide timely updates to team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Execute general administrative duties including filing, managing emails, and preparing reports as assigned.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dispatcher, in customer service, or in a sales role (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in using computers, email clients, and scheduling software.
• Familiarity with the geographical layout of the DMV area is highly advantageous.
• Ability to read maps and create efficient driving routes for technical staff.
• A positive, self-motivated outlook, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Position Details:

Title: Sales/Dispatcher - 495 Garage Door

Salary: Depending on experience (DOE), with a range of $2,000 to $4,000 per month.

Schedule: Weekly day range - Monday through Friday, with Sunday rotations.

Location: This is not a remote position.
