VP of Operations

Salary Range:  $130000 - $160000 year

Location: Hybrid – mix of in-office and remote work (flexibility based on location and role needs).

Compensation: Base salary of $130,000–$160,000, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and drive P&L performance across all locations.
  • Manage and develop Clinic Directors (you’ve led leaders before).
  • Build, implement, and refine KPIs and scorecards that make performance black and white.
  • Scale systems and processes so we can grow without breaking.
  • Partner with the CEO to set the strategy and then make it real on the ground.


What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5+ years of proven success leading ops in a multi-location business.
  • Direct experience managing P&Ls, budgets, and financial performance.
  • Someone who can walk into a business, see where the leaks are, and fix them.
  • A leader of leaders—you’ve managed managers, not just individual contributors.
  • Hungry, relentless, and ready to scale something much bigger than yourself.
