Role
At Chiro 1st, we believe that great people are the driving force behind our success. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Clinic Director to take full ownership of clinic performance, patient experience, and team leadership.
This role is for a high-performance chiropractor who wants more than a capped associate position. You’ll be given all the tools, systems, and support you need to earn $160,000–$200,000+ per year and grow into multi-clinic leadership or partner-level roles.
You will be responsible for leading a clinic like it’s your own business—driving growth, developing your team, and delivering world-class patient care.
Responsibilities
Clinic Leadership & Growth
Drive clinic growth to meet and exceed patient volume, retention, and revenue targets.
Execute marketing and community outreach strategies to drive new patient acquisition.
Analyze key metrics and implement action plans to improve results.
Team Development
Train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
Lead with accountability and inspire a high-performance culture.
Foster collaboration between chiropractic assistants, doctors, and central support teams.
Patient Care & Experience
Deliver exceptional chiropractic care using Chiro 1st’s proven protocols.
Ensure each patient’s care plan is followed and optimized for results.
Maintain a clinic environment that is professional, efficient, and welcoming.
Requirements
Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic (Washington State or eligible for licensure)
2+ years of clinical experience preferred, with proven leadership ability
Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset
Highly coachable and adaptable to proven systems
Thrives in a high-accountability, fast-growth environment
Preferred
Experience managing a clinic or leading a team
Track record of exceeding revenue or growth targets
Background in community engagement or event marketing
Comfort with performance-based compensation structures
Results (Success in this Role Looks Like)
Clinic meets or exceeds monthly and annual revenue targets
Average total compensation of Clinic Director should be $160,000–$200,000+ earned through performance
High patient satisfaction and retention rates maintained
Team members consistently meet or exceed individual goals
Growth in leadership responsibilities, leading to multi-clinic oversight or partner opportunities

Multiple locations available across Washington State (onsite role)
Compensation
Salary: $80,000–$200,000+
Average Clinic Director Total Earnings: $160,000–$200,000+ (base + profit share)

Relocation Assistance:

Clinic Director: $5,000–$10,000 in relocation support (capped at $10,000).
